Each townhouse includes 4 bedrooms and 5 beds: three single rooms and one double room. You can choose between Full Rental vs. Shared Rental. All prices are for two nights.

Full Rental

Rent an entire townhouse for up to 5 people for $652.

If your group has less than 5 people but doesn't wish to share, you can still rent the entire townhouse as long as you are willing to pay the total cost.

Please note, if you are under 18, you must stay in the same townhouse with your family.

Shared Rental

If you do not wish to rent the entire townhouse, you could registered either as a group of 2-4 or as an individual.

For Group of 2-4

You will be assigned to the same townhouse at the following cost:

1. Single Room: $159 for adults, $87 for children under 10
2. Double Room: $134 for adults, $73 for children under 10

For Individual

You will be assigned to a townhouse with a vacant room at the fixed rate of $126. The lower price accounts for the inconvenience of being assigned to a random house.

Meal Plan

Meals are in the style of all you can eat buffets.

1. 7 meals (including breakfast): $158 for adults, $79 for children under 10
2. 5 meals (excluding breakfast): $127 for adults, $63 for children under 10

If you have children under 18 years old, please fill out the form below.

1. For JK to grade 6, they will join the kids program
2. For grade 7 to 12, they will join the English service

Please note that parents are responsible for ensuring the safety of their children outside of the scheduled program.

Shortly after you signed up, the finance team will email you with payment details. Please follow instructions to make payment to secure your spots.

1. Email Address: Each registration form must include an email address to receive payment details. If the same email address is used for multiple submissions, only the last submission will be saved.
2. English Names: Provide the official English names of all attendees.
3. Emergency Contact: Each family must provide an emergency contact person and their phone number.

If you are under 18, you must stay in the townhouse with your parents. Please have them register for you.

If you are over 18, you have the option to stay with your friends instead of family. If you choose to stay with friends,you can sign up for yourself following the instructions above.
